COVINGTON COUNTY, MS (WDAM)

Covington County resident Jennifer Griffin has been booked into the Covington County jail in connection with the death of her husband Chester Griffin.

Chester Griffin, 39, was found dead at their residence at 86 Broomfield Lane early Saturday morning.

According to Covington County investigators, Griffin was found face down, and partially burned. Gas cans that appeared to be evidence were marked off inside the crime scene tape.
