Quametra Wilborn joined the WDAM team as Multimedia Journalist in September 2017. She is a Tennessee native born and raised in Memphis, TN.
She received her Bachelors in Science from Middle Tennessee State University in Mass Communication with a concentration in Multimedia Journalism and a minor in Sociology. While in college, she was a reporter for the student-run news station MT10 where she received a Collegiate Associated Press Award for Investigative Journalism.
She is also an active member of the National Association of Black Journalists.
When she’s not working on a story, you can often find her working out or exploring the area for the best food in town.
