She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Alabama in 2020. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a major in News Media and a Minor in Political Science.

During her time in college, Caroline had the opportunity to intern at WVLT-TV in Knoxville, Tenn., and WVUA 23 News in Tuscaloosa, Ala. These two internships helped her develop a passion for telling stories within her community.
