RIDGELAND, MS (WLBT) - C Spire is offering unpaid federal workers flexible payment options on their wireless, home phone, TV and internet services.
The company is also offering extensions and waiving late fees for customers who may be unable to make their payments due to the shutdown.
According to C Spire President Stephen Bye, “With bills due this month, we know many families are struggling to honor all of their obligations and we’re here to help them at this time."
Bye also said that the company will adjust late fees, provide extensions and work with home services customers on revised payment schedules.
Wireless and home services customers impacted by the shutdown can contact a customer service representative at cspire.com, in all company retail stores or by phone at 1.855.CSPIRE4 or 1.855.GET100X to make payment arrangements or request extensions and waiver of late fees.
