SEMINARY, MS (WDAM)- Seminary residents have a new place to meet and vote.
A newly-constructed community center is available for public use.
A $150,000 grant from the Mississippi Development Authority helped pay for it.
The total cost was just over $313,500.
It seats up to 90 people.
It’s on 16th section land that supervisors are leasing at $1,500 per year.
County supervisor Sterling Craft said the official opening will be in early February.
