HATTIESBURG, MISS (WDAM) - A third suspect has been arrested and charged with Sunday night's armed robbery of Wintzell Oyster House in Hattiesburg. Henry Samuel is being held in the Lamar County Jail after he was identified as a suspect along with Edward Williams, 26, and Samuel Ricky Dupree, 27.
Dupree was out of jail on $250,000 dollars bond for a prior armed robbery charge. A Hattiesburg Municipal Court judge revoked that bond Wednesday.
Police said the men allegedly entered the restaurant on Feb. 15 waving handguns and demanding money. Hattiesburg police said Williams and Dupree fled the scene on foot with an undetermined amount of cash, but both were apprehended a short time later.
