Livestock show concludes at Multipurpose Center

FORREST COUNTY, MS (wdam) - The South Mississippi Livestock Show finished up Sunday at the Forrest County Multi-Purpose Center.

Members of the Future Farmers of America and 4-H clubs from 18 different counties showcased their livestock in the two-day competition.

The competitors ranging from age 8 to 18 were judged on the quality of their animals, showmanship, and presentation. The winners were presented ribbons and cash prizes.

This is the 17th year for the show. It has been held at the Center since 1999.
