So at the meeting today, I found out I lost three pounds!  I am so excited… really crazy busy with school and work, so working out 1-2 hours everyday is a bit of a stretch but it is all good.

Ok, it is getting a little not good… I had my thesis proposal due today, but I E-mailed my professor and told him about not being able to reach all the state departments of education for Tennessee, Alabama,  and Georgia, as well as not having my research for the NCATE process and asked if I could turn it in the next Monday.  The truth is that I have just been so busy I haven’t had a chance to do all the research and just do the proposal… Is that crazy or what?  It doesn’t help that I feel like crap either.

So I had to be at work at 8 and didn’t get out until like 12:30, so I had to run (literally jog) across campus to meet the WDAM team for my video today at the Wellness Center on Arlington.  It is about a half-mile and it was a nice little warm-up for my workout after the video.  I am feeling terrible and don’t know if I can make it through the day, so I just took it a little easy…

Well, I woke up this morning and thought “Its official, I am going to die”.  I felt SOOO bad, I called and rescheduled my orthodontist appointment in Meridian and the lady on the phone said “Oh, you really are sick, huh?” Thanks a lot lady.  But I went to the doctor on campus and she said I had a rough respiratory infection… Basically, I feel like I am going to die, but I am not J  So she gave me a shot and told me to take it easy and I would feel like new tomorrow.  I need some sleepzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
