Well today is an absolutely wonderful day in the neighborhood! :) I notice now that my workouts are getting more intense because even after I do my daily cool downs I am extremely sore (which I think is an accomplishment). I am getting extremely bored with my eating regimen and trying to think of other healthy foods to buy and different recipes to cook. I think I'll make a trip soon to Books-a-Million to find some good cookbooks. Looking in my daily planner I realize that the competition is vastly coming to an end, but I just want to stay consistent throughout this lifetime!!!!!
