So, I lost 4 lbs this week. I sooooooo needed the boost. I was really worried about cutting back on my exercise. I went from 7 days a week to 5 (actually only 4 'cause that Thursday workout after that last weigh in was a total wash).....well actually it ended up being one of my best trips to the gym in that I sat down with Jennifer Centola(exercise physiologist) and worked out a new fitness plan (and had a little bit of a sob session). I 'm ready to keep going and I feel really good this week.
