A Fortune 500 company listed as one of the most admired businesses in the country has made some cuts at its Hattiesburg office.
Bearing Point, located in the Cloverleaf Mall, announced what it called a limited work force reduction Tuesday.
The company, a software development firm whose clients include Google, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Congress, laid off 24 employees.
Officials said they are constantly assessing their workforce.
The reduction leaves Bearing Point with 120 Hattiesburg employees.
