Yolanda Baker's Biggest Loser Blog - September 29

09/27/2008-Sitting at work today really in a "mood" but trying to get through it. Soooo... Pam increased my Kcal intake, a little  overwhelmed, especially since I just began finding a way to eat my 1800 daily kcal's. I said in the beginning and I'll say it again, I am the biggest loser. This is not being cocky only being confident. I mean yes this is a competition, and as long as I am exceeding daily on healthy eating decisions and workout regimens I will always be the winner! My sincere and overall goal is to be a Size Healthy!


Aimee (I'm sure I misspelled it, sorry), but I you truly motivate me because I see and know how hard you workout and I know it's just a matter of time before it pays off. Don't get discouraged, just remember no more canned green beans  (INSIDE JOKE). 


 Sometimes I feel that as hard as I workout I should have lost 1000lbs by now (yes I am in a venting mode today...)



I have started an obsession since last Thursday of weighing myself EVERYDAY, I can't stop, and yes I do weigh less in the morning :) HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
