I lost 3 lbs last week. I was a little disappointed because I had been shooting for 5lbs. I stuck to my meal plan and worked out everyday and really felt like that was a realistic goal for the amount of cardio I was putting in. The dietician thinks maybe I wasn't getting enough calories and my body may have gone into "starvation" so we have upped the amount of calories I can have. Not losing as much as I wanted was a little frustrating but I can feel a difference in my body anyway. I think I've found a cardio "combo" I like.
30 minutes-elliptical + 30 minutes-treadmill +30 minutes-bike. I'm still shooting for at least 5 lbs per week. Wish me luck!
