Alicia Martin's Biggest Loser Blog - September 24

I'm starting to get a lot of "I can really tell you're losing weight" comments....and that feels great. I really feel like there's a lot of pressure on me this week since I was the "biggest loser" the first 2 weeks.  I mean...I've been busting it at the gym and sticking to my meal plan like glue...I've even upped my cardio this week.  I'm trying to "muscle" through any plateaus I might hit.

Tried the stepper yesterday and was on it like 10 seconds. That thing was so jarring, it was like those little buckets on ropes you used to walk on in kindergarten. I'm going to give it another shot today...I think I was just doing it wrong.
