I had a wonderful weekend. I am learning day by day that food is not a temptation! I attended a BBQ function Saturday and still stayed within my kcal and did not over eat, which was a problem I had in the past. I found a new machine in the gym that is a "butt kicker" the stair step! I have gotten so use to my exercise regimen that I Must, not Have TO workout daily!
