Another weigh-in week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to prepare myself no matter what and stay FOCUSED! I had an extremely great workout today and (brace yourself....) I STAYED ON THE ELLIPTICAL MACHINE FOR 8 MINUTES, YAY ME!!!

I realize it's just baby steps but I'm staying consistent. I also am learning how to add healthy fruit and snacks to get closer to my 1800 kcal daily (Thanks Pam)
