Yolanda Baker's Biggest Loser Blog - September 12

I must be completely honest...I was soooooooooooooooo disappointed yesterday after the weigh in. I lost a total of 4lbs, but surely expected a greater weight loss especially after the 5 day a week strenuous workout and eating healthy as ever (NO FAST FOOD). I must stay consistent, I must stay consistent, I must stay consistent. If I say it enough, I'll believe it. I am my own biggest critic. Hopefully today will be a better, positive day.
