JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Some gas stations in Jackson were out of
or low on unleaded gasoline Saturday, as Hurricane Ike slowed fuel
Many had plastic bags over gas pumps; others asked customers to
voluntarily limit themselves to 10 gallons.
Station managers would not agree to interviews. But many
stations along County Line Road, Ridgewood and the I-55 frontage
road are not able to sell gas.
Unlike Friday, none had long lines wrapping around street
