I have really been doing great on my diet and exercise. I wish I could find more non-starchy veggies that I actually like...but salad, raw spinach, and carrots are about it! I LOVE corn and potatoes. I have had a little but have really been taking it easy on that stuff.
I am sooooooo tired and everything is sore! I've never done any weight training before and I swear even my ears hurt. I'm still excited though! Think I'm going to try cardio-boxing next Monday.
