I actually got up this morning feeling pretty good. Only a little sore. I'm planning on trying water aerobics tomorrow for a change of pace. I LOVE my "CalorieKing" book I bought. I have yet to find a food that isn't in there. There's even like 100 pages of different fast foods/restraunts, etc. I haven't been eating out a lot, but a few teachers at my school decided to "order out" for a birthday from Firehouse Subs last Fridayand I was able to look it up in my book and pick a healthy choice. It was so great!
