I started working out and changing my diet last Saturday right after I got the news that I had been chosen. I'm having to get up really early to make breakfast as I hadn't been a breakfast eater before. School starts at 7:00, and I try to get there by 6:30.
I live about 20 minutes away. So I'm having to get up about 5:00 a.m. to make it work. I'm at school until 3:30 or 4:00. I also tutor part times a couple times a week. With the exercise....I am one tired little girl by the time I get home....the earliest I've gotten home this week has been 5:30....the latest 9:00. I sure am sleeping well though!
I'm really excited and have enjoyed meeting everyone. I've always had a busy/active schedule and hope getting healthy will help give me extra energy.
