Today has started off good, I'm sitting here eating my bowl of cereal and thinking about the days to come. I keep imagining myself in certain clothing and thinking about how much better I feel already.
I definitely understand what people mean when they say, "it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change" because I have changed so many things already, from eating to working out to how far I park my car out and walk. I Love Every Part Of It!
