Yesterday was extremely busy for me at work! I really felt weird all day and I felt like it was because I did not work out and my body is starting to get use to it.
I think with my workout plan I am going to try my best and exercise 5 days a week and rest on the weekends. I got so busy yesterday that I missed lunch and that is something I will NEVER do again, I felt "groggy" and nauseated until I got a chance to eat.
I had another food challenge yesterday, my co-workers all ordered take out (something we normally do) and I was sooooooooooooo tempted by the aromas, but I DIDN'T GIVE IN TO IT... Yay for me ;)
