I recommended the following: (1)8 cups of water daily, (2) keep food diary, (3) eat slowly.
Linda has been placed on 1500 calorie diet.
Linda lost 3.8 lbs this week for a total of 10.8 lbs. Linda has made a lot of lifestyle changes the last couple of weeks. It has been difficult to make all of these changes at once for her. She does admit to a history of mindless eating in the recliner once she got home from work. As with Alicia, this “extra time” has been filled with exercise. We kidded her at and told her that she needed to throw the recliner away. Linda really had us all laughing. Linda is in third place for percentage of weight lost. Great job Linda! Keep up the hard work. It is paying off.
