Alicia started restricting calories and exercising once she found out she had been selected to participate in the biggest loser contest. On her own, she has limited her calorie intake to 1400-1500 calories per day. She has even bought a calorie count book from a local book store.
She already drinks at least 8 cups of water daily. She states that she does not like to cook nor have time to cook. She really needs ideas for quick and healthy meals. Alicia likes salty snacks.
