A Jones County man could be facing 20 years in prison after being arrested twice in one month.
Kelvin Nixon, 33, of Jones County is behind bars tonight for allegedly manufacturing crystal methamphetamines.
Sheriff Alex Hodge says Nixon was arrested just three weeks ago for the same offense at his home on Red Hill Florence Road. Nixon is being charge with possession of precursors with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
"We will not tolerate crime and drugs in Jones County," said Hodge. "He chose to go back to the well one to many times. Thanks to the great work by our team here and the great citizens of Jones County. We have ridded them of one problem in their community."
A justice court judge revoked Nixon's bond.
