Donnie Ray Tucker has been found guilty of manslaughter for the shooting and killing of his brother, Jimmy Tucker.
A Jones County Jury in Ellisville handed down the decision after testimony in the trial of the 34-year-old. The shooting allegedly took place after an argument at their home on Mary Ann Tolbert Road.
Tucker had been released from the penitentiary after serving 16 years for manslaughter and grand larceny in Harrison County.

The Jones County Sheriff's Department arrested two suspects after a second church in the area was burglarized on Monday morning. Surveillance footage of the Indian Springs Baptist Church showed a white male and white female break into the church and steal an undetermined amount of cash.
