Bond denied brothers in fatal attack on ex-Jackson radio personality

Bond has been denied two brothers charged with capital murder in the death of a former Jackson radio personality.

Twenty-year-old Zachary Mott and 22-year-old Joshua Mott appeared Tuesday in Jackson Municipal Court where the judge denied bond. The two were being held in the Hinds County jail.

The brothers were initially charged with aggravated assault in the beating of 81-year-old John Friskillo last November. Friskillo died Saturday.

In addition, the suspects are charged with house burglary and grand theft auto.

Friskillo was attacked at the south Jackson trailer park where he lived.
