Two Gulf Coast men have been accused of failing to make repairs to homes damaged by Hurricane Katrina and doing business without a state license.
Attorney General Jim Hood said yesterday that 46-year-old Anthony Ross Morgan, of D'Iberville, has been charged with two counts of felony home repair fraud and two misdemeanor counts of contracting without a state license.
Hood said 39-year-old Paul Lee Warren, of Gulfport, has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of contracting without a state license.
Hood said the charges came after an investigation of complaints filed by two Biloxi residents.
He said Morgan and Warren were doing business as Church of Christ Construction, but were not licensed by the State Board of Contractors.
