Police: Tenn. lawmaker found safe after missing person's report issued

Missing Tennessee state Representative Rob Briley has been found in a Mississippi casino.

Briley had checked himself out of a rehabilitation center, and his brother asked police to help find him because he feared he might be suicidal.
He was found Thursday in a Tunica casino. Officers said he was calm and coherent, and they asked him to call his family.

Briley was arrested last month after police said he led them on a 100 mph chase and failed a roadside sobriety test.

According to the arrest report, Briley told officers he was dizzy from anti-depression medications.
