The driver of a stolen vehicle that
crashed during a Friday police pursuit died this morning.
16-year-old Brodject Marsalis, of Jackson, died at the
University of Mississippi Medical Center from injuries suffered in
A Jackson Police Department news release says Marsalis tried to
evade police after being seen in the stolen car.
He then crashed the Civic into another car and a brick plant
Police say Marsalis was not wearing a seat belt.
