Armed robbers knock before entering Jackson home

A Jackson woman was robbed in her home Sunday evening after answering a knock at her door.
Jackson Police Department Detective Dexter McLaurin said two men, one holding a shotgun and the other holding a handgun, forced their way into the home, around 6:00 p.m.
While one robber held a shotgun to the woman's head, the men forced her to empty her purse. McLaurin said the robbers also stole her vehicle.
The woman, whose identity was not released by police, was not injured.
The suspects have not been arrested.
