Suspect caught in Wisconsin

A drug bust in Green Bay netted a man

sought on two murder charges in Mississippi.

Authorities say 28-year-old Aqui Rhodes had been using a

brother's name, but fingerprinting led to his identity.

He was sought as a fugitive in the shooting deaths of two men

and wounding of a third man in a church parking lot near Prentiss,

Mississippi, on July 7, 2006. Twenty-year-old Randolph Sands and

his 19-year-old cousin Roberto McInnis were killed.

In Mississippi, Jefferson Davis County Sheriff Henry McCullum

says efforts are under way to return Rhodes to his state to face

charges of murder and aggravated assault.

Rhodes was arrested in Green Bay on Wednesday and faces two

counts of delivering cocaine.

Police say he was carrying a loaded handgun when arrested at a

fast-food restaurant.
