Sixteen individuals are behind bars after an early morning drug roundup in Hattiesburg.
HPD's NET Team began the raids around 4:30 am. The suspects are charged with selling, intent to sell, or possession of a controlled substance.
NET Team officers also confiscated items including weapons, ammunition, and cash.
Officials say the roundup is the result of months of investigation.
"I've got enough evidence on every individual we pick up today that I can almost guarantee a conviction on every individual that we pick up today," says NET Team Lt. Keith Crawford.
