HPD: suspect had $25,000 worth of crack

Hattiesburg police detectives arrested a man for allegedly having $25,000 in crack cocaine.

Cedrick Page, 34, was arrested during a drug bust on North 29th Street. Authorities say they noticed Page's suspicious behavior while they were following up on another investigation. 

Detectives say Page had approximately 200 crack rocks and seven ounces of crack cocaine in his possession. Page is being charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute.
