Hurricane Katrina destroyed the office of the Mississippi Public Service Commission on the Gulf Coast. But now the commission has a new home in the Industrial Park in Hattiesburg. A ribbon-cutting was held Tuesday.

The public service commission is in charge of regulating public utilities and telephone solicitation.
