Suspects are in custody in connection with two burglaries in Hattiesburg.
Jonah Garraway, 18, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after two HPD officers responded to a call on McComb Street. The officers say Garraway was standing in front of a residence which had apparently been broken into. Police say officers found several stolen items on the suspect.
Garraway was charged with two counts of residential burglary and a parole violation. He was taken to the Forrest County jail.
In a separate incident, police arrested a 16-year-old boy, who name is not being released, for attempted burglary of an occupied dwelling. He was taken to the juvenile detention center.
