The third and final corrupt agent of the Southeast Mississippi Drug Task Force was ordered to spend time behind bars by Judge Billy Joe Landrum.
Chris Smith was sentenced to 12 months incarceration and 12 months of house arrest for multiple counts of simple assault, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to falsely arrest.
Last week Task Force Commander Roger Williams was ordered to 15 months in jail and 15 months house arrest. Task Force Agent Randall Parker was sentenced to one year house arrest.
