Recipe from Dawn Ewald of Mich.
Ingredients:
- 1 small head of green cabbage
- 8 12 oz. fat free sour cream
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- White vinegar to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut cabbage into strips. Put in a deep pan with just enough water to boil cabbage. Cook on medium-high until cabbage is soft, drain. Add butter, stir until melted. Stir in sour cream until fully mixed. Add vinegar one tablespoon at a time, stir to mix completely. Taste each time until you get the desired flavor. You can always add more vinegar, but you can't take it back, so add carefully. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cut up boiled potatoes.
