NOXUBEE COUNTY, MS (WDAM) - A Mississippi Department of Corrections inmate who escaped from a work detail in Noxubee County earlier this week has been captured.
According to MDOC, Kevin G. Rush was assigned to work a detail in Macon but never returned to the county community work center Wednesday.
Authorities caught up with Rush in Alabama on Friday morning and took him into custody.
