HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

Southern Miss and Ole Miss meet for the second time this season on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. at Trustmark Park in Pearl.

In their March 27 matchup, the No. 12 Golden Eagles (22-9) fell to the No. 5 Rebels 7-6 after leading 5-0.

USM hopes to bounce back from a 4-3 week which included two Conference USA losses.

“There’s games that mark where you have to look yourself in the mirror and say, ‘Hey, we’re the ones that are causing this ourselves,’” said USM head coach Scott Berry in reference to the Eagles’ Saturday loss to Western Kentucky. “And if you can move forward from that and accept it, and try to change it than you have a chance to overcome it. I think that’s what we did on Sunday.”
