HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

First Priority welcomes another key-note speaker to Hattiesburg as Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney is set to speak on April 18.

The 2016 National Champion coach of the Tigers will speak at 7 p.m. during First Priority’s 19th live/silent auction at USM’s Thad Cochran Center.

“I talked to his brother, Tracy,” said JD Simpson, the executive director of First Priority of South Mississippi. “It’s a family environment. He said, ‘JD, Clemson is a family environment. Everybody here, it feels like family. We treat everybody like family. We treat them like they want to be treated.’ He said, ‘He’s going to talk about football some but he’s going to talk more about his faith and his family. And how all that just intertwines together.’”
