HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

North Forrest took care of business in the first round of the class 2A playoffs, beating Mize 50-30 on the road.

The win earns the Eagles (8-4) a home playoff game against Enterprise-Clark (4-8). North Forrest defeated the Bulldogs 56-30 in the regular season but coach Anthony Dillon's club knows that Friday night is a whole new ball game.

"The guys have to understand what type of game this is," Dillon said. "It's a playoff game. I know [Enterprise] is coming in with revenge in their hearts because we got the win in the regular season. It'll make them feel much better if they get this win because that puts an end to our season. We're letting the guys know, we got to take this game just as serious as we took the first one because these guys are not just going to lay down. They're coming in playing with a chip on their shoulders."
