Good Thursday morning, Pine Belt!

Sunny and milder weather is on tap for today with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

Mostly clear tonight and cool with lows in the lower to mid 50s.

A strong cold front will approach the area on Friday and we may see a few isolated showers during the day with highs in the upper 70s.

As the cold front makes its way through the Pine Belt late into the afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will become likely with some of the storms possible severe so please could with future forecasts.

After the front makes it through by Saturday morning much colder air will filter into the area with highs in the 50s and Saturday and around 60 on Sunday.

Lows will be in the upper 30s by Sunday morning and in the mid to upper 30s by Monday morning which could lead to some frost in portions of the Pine Belt.

Stay tuned!
