HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) - Students are joining researchers and educators for a prestigious international nursing conference at the University of Southern Mississippi.
The King International Nursing Group is holding its 2017 conference at USM for the first time.
The group is named for Imogene King, a pioneer in the development of nursing theory.
The event is giving presenters a chance to share research and network with others in the field.
The organization was founded in 1997 and holds a conference every two years.
It wraps up Saturday.
