JASPER COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

A bank account for the victims of a Jasper County explosion has been set up to help out with two of the family members' funeral costs.

According to family members, an account for Betty and Robbie Russel has been set up to assist with funeral costs.

The remaining funds will go to the youngest survivor, who family members said is improving.

The family member said that the 12-year-old girl experienced burns over 50 percent of her body, and the girl's older sister had burns on over 30 percent of her body.

Both suffered 3rd to 4th degree burns, according to that family member.

The oldest victim, 84-Laura Russell, will be having a private funeral.

If you would like to donate to the Russell family, contact Dean Russell at jdruss68@gmail.com. or Bancorp South Bank with the account name Robbie, Betty, and Celina Russell.

The scene:

Jasper County Sherriff Randy Johnson said emergency personnel responded to a call of a trailer fire on County Road 1511 just before 4 p.m Monday September 25, 2017.

According to family members, a 12-year-old boy was present at the time of the incident but ran outside and was not injured.

The bodies are currently still in Mississippi Crime Lab in Jackson for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death, according to family members.
