Willmut Gas to close payment centers

Soon, a local natural gas supplier will no longer be open for walk-in account service, bill payments or drop boxes.

Willmut Gas payment centers in Hattiesburg, Magee and Pearl will close these services beginning on Oct. 2. Instead, customers can pay by phone at 888-995-1018, online at willmut.com or by mail at Willmut Gas, P.O. Box 932299, Atlanta, GA 31193.

Phone lines and online will offer 24-hour account access, and customers can pay using an electronic check or debit/credit card.

Customers may pay in person by visiting an authorized payment agent, though customers must provide a bill stub to make payments. The following Hattiesburg payment agents will be available to take payments beginning on Oct. 2:

  • American's Fuel Time/Jr. Food Mart, 5316 Old Hwy. 42, Hattiesburg, MS 39401
