HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) -

First Priority of South Mississippi holds its 18th annual live/silent auction to help fund the student-led campus evangeline ministry.

Autographs, tickets, fishing trips and more will be auctioned off on Tuesday, April 25 at Temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg.

This year’s guest speaker is former head football coach of 1988 National Champions Notre Dame and former ESPN analyst Lou Holtz.

“We've been blessed to have some really great speakers,” said First Priority of South Mississippi president J.D. Simpson. “Jim Kelly, Tony Dungy, last year we had Les Miles. It's always not what you know, it's who you know. God's blessed me with people who care about the ministry. It's a high school, middle school ministry. And have provided for us somebody that can share their faith story. On Tuesday night, April 25th, people are going to hear a story of faith, family and football from the legend Lou Holtz."

For more information or to purchase tickets, please call First Priority of South Mississippi’s Hattiesburg office at 601-268-9666 or visit their website at fpsouthms.org.
