JASPER COUNTY, MS (WDAM) - This is a news release from the Jasper County Sheriff's Department.
On Tuesday, the Jasper County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at a residence in the Orange Community in reference to an investigation into the distribution of illegal controlled substances. Lindsey Dewayne Bradley and Temekia Bester Bradley were located at the residence and taken into custody.
During a search of the residence, deputies located a substance believed to be crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Deputies also located numerous firearms inside the residence. Two of these firearms had previously been reported stolen.
As a result of the investigation, Lindsey Dewayne Bradley was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Temekia Bester Bradley was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a stolen firearm.
Bonds will be set at a later time by Judge Sullivan Dukes.
