PERRY COUNTY, MS (WDAM) -

Richton authorities are looking for the person responsible for burning down a concession stand and press box at the Dixie Youth Baseball Complex early Thursday morning.

Richton Police are investigating the incident as a possible arson.

The facility is located on Hight 15 and belongs to the city.

However, it is used by the Dixie Youth teams.

Police said they believe the fire began in the second floor press box.

Just three days ago, the same concession stand was vandalized and spray painted with graffiti.

If you have any information about the incident, call the Richton Police Department at 601-788-5551.

The State Fire Marshal's Office is assisting with the investigation.

It has offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information about who may have started the fire.
